6. My litter of kittens have this issue but I don't have that antibiotic ointment like you have but I have liquid solution eye infection cleaner for kittens and the gel as well

Out of 4 kittens who the mother brought to my house and is still nursing periodically..2 of the 4 have one runny eye …they play very rough and it seems like their feet and heads always seem to be in each others faces ..my question is about the antibiotic being oil based ..do particals tend to collect in the ointment? litter box dust pollen ect sticks to vaseline ..like sand after you get the sun screen on and the wind blows the beach all over you… is there a reason something like saline eye drops or washes wouldnt help lift out particles..thanks
