  1. I have a suggestion a pup could be named mako as in make-oh is how you say it

  2. you should do kittens while you take a break from fostering puppies! im sure it'll be good for you.

  3. As a breeder, I've never lost a baby older than four days and each one has been a devastating trauma that haunts me years later. I can count those loses on one hand and each is buried under a fruit tree named after them as a living memorial.
Losing three ten day olds is something I can't begin to comprehend. I simply wouldn't know how to cope. My puppies are family, always and forever, even though most of them live in different homes. They're always welcome home, no notice or excuse needed, as it should be.

  4. Losing pups is so so hard to deal with. My first puppy rescue didn’t survive the night, I went to sleep to a lethargic but active puppy and I woke up to a cold dead pup. It was one of the most painful moments to go through even though there wasn’t anything I could have done. You are an amazing person and you did all you could for the pups.
