How to Stop a Puppy From Crying at Night

  1. Just got a little 2-month-old and she will go to sleep and then wake up like 2 hours later.. I am tired and I can't sleep. I have to go to school and I fear it will get in the way with my learning.

  2. I suspect my dog has separation anxiety, or just anxiety in general. Shes always pacing and panting, always grooming herself and crying. Whenever we get near her, she gets extremely happy and is always trying to get us to stay with her. When this happens, she goes a little crazy. When we turn away, she knocks down the playpen or yelps continuously. She has also started getting a bit more aggressive and Im not sure what to do. She wont let me leave for a single minute. Apparently, shepherds are one of the breeds that usually have bad anxiety, but it hurts seeing her like this. This is about the 2nd day I've had her, and we have already had to get her to the vet because the previous owners didn't check her up for her exposed quick. Shes in pain, doesn't want anyone to leave, toys don't help, she won't stop crying, and she wont fall asleep. I've told the doctors I think she might have anxiety, but they didn't tell us anything about it. She has never bitten her previous owners or us, but today she started snapping at people when she got excited. She usually only barks when shes hungry, needs to go, or sees other dogs. Now, I can't tell if she needs to go to the bathroom or not. In these past two days, we have taken her to potty at least 7 times a day, even if she doesn't have much to drink/ eat. What do you recommend me try doing?
*also, she chews at her skin at times and whenever she gets excited about seeing us, she lays down, sits up, moves her head all around and I can tell shes trying to get me to stay with her by being a good girl, but shes doing it without thinking much about herself and ends up slamming her paws against the pen a lot and it hurts me to watch that. I wish I could stay, but I'm a student and I can't stay with her 24/7. Shes a German Shepherd mix I believe, and most the things I have tried aren't working.
Please give me some advice on what I can do.

  3. My dog is a little anxious, a total people puppy, and when we crate him at night he cries. Is white noise a good idea to calm him a little? Thank you!

  4. my dog won’t stop crying when i leave him alone. It’s so sad and makes me wanna play with him again but continues to cry after i leave.

  5. I took my puppy from a dog foster home about a year ago. I love him to bits; he has a great personality, and I feel that he loves our family so much, but he barks A LOT… So, leaving home is always a challenge for us. My wife and I were thinking about taking him to 'doggy school', but then again, it’s extremely expensive, and the nearest 'doggy school' is far away from us. Maybe you have some advice? THANK YOU!!!

  6. I put on chill music and my puppy went to sleep a minute later after crying for 30 minutes straight THANK YOU
